How do I know which level to choose?
Ask staff for guidance during your first week or use your best judgment based on your experience, comfort level and ability to maintain the pace of play.
Can I change levels later?
Level change requests are accepted only during the final week before the next monthly session opens.
Email rccsprogrammers@belleville.ca or speak with a program coordinator for guidance.
Please note that level changes cannot be accommodated if a session is full. Registration is first come, first served.
Why monthly registration?
Participant feedback indicated that monthly registration provides better access. Players can try again the following month instead of waiting several months.
Will resident priority continue?
Yes. City residents and taxpayers register first. Registration opens to everyone three days later.
What if the schedule does not work for me?
Schedules are reviewed monthly and may be adjusted. Once you select a level, you must play within that level, which may limit available session times.
Why were split levels removed?
Survey feedback showed a strong preference for same-level play. Removing split levels also helps reduce repeat daily play, improving fairness and increasing available spots for more participants.
