Registration Information

Registering for community programs, classes and recreational activities through the City of Belleville has never been easier.

Registration Options

You can register for programs and recreational activities using one of the following methods:

  • Online — Create an account and register anytime through our online registration portal.
  • In Person — Visit the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
  • By Phone — Call Customer Service at 613‑966‑4632 and speak with staff.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on the first day listed for each session, on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Registering early helps avoid disappointment.

Programs with low registration numbers may be cancelled.

Payment

Payments must be made at the time of registration. Accepted methods include:

  • Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Debit (online or phone)
  • Cash, debit or credit (in person)

Cheques must be made payable to the City of Belleville. There is a $45 fee for any returned cheque.

Check Your Receipt

Your receipt or registration confirmation includes important details such as:

  • Program dates and times
  • Location
  • Any cancellation dates specific to your course

Save or print your confirmation so you have these details available.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are processed based on when you withdraw from a program or if the program is cancelled. In most cases, refunds are issued as “credits” on your registration account unless a direct refund is requested.

If the City cancels a program, you can switch to another course or receive a credit on your account.

  • You will receive a credit on your account.
  • A $15 administration fee applies.

  • You will not receive a refund or credit except in special cases.
  • You may transfer to another program if space is available.
  • The administration fee does not apply for transfers.

  • Credits will be pro‑rated based on attendance.
  • The administration fee will not apply.

You can withdraw from these programs online, by phone or in person. You will receive a credit or, where possible, a refund to your original payment method (except cash – issued by cheque). You are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow others to register.

For debit and credit card refunds, the amount will be returned to the original card within 10–12 business days. Cheque refunds are mailed 10–15 days after the cheque clears the system.

If you make multiple withdrawals in a single transaction, you will only be charged one administration fee.
